Our programmes and services are designed to support people in making positive, lasting changes in their lives.
Know your Worth / Mōhio ki tō uara

This is a 10 session programme running once a week, offering a personalised approach within a facilitated group setting. It uses a range of tools and strategies for considering change in seven key life areas.
Small steps in these key life areas can lead to significant change for participants.
On this course you will:
- Discover your worth and strengths and how to use them
- Identify and develop your skills and talents
- Explore ways to make the lasting changes you want
- Learn how to use tools and strategies for overcoming challenges and building resilience on your way to success
- Develop a realistic plan – a way forward for building the life you want for you and your whānau
- Have fun a celebrate and with other people in a supportive group set
Grow and Show your Worth / Whakatipu, whakaatu i tō uara

After completing the Know your Worth programme, you can participate in our Grow and Show your Worth programmes. These build on the foundational Know your Worth programme by further embedding growth and change. Each programme consists of 10 sessions running once a week.
Worth and Me / Te Uara me Au

Worth and Me is an in person or online programme running once a week for up to 5 sessions. Worth and Me is an introduction to knowing our worth.
Rangatahi of Worth / Ngā Rangatahi Uara

Rangatahi of Worth is a programme specifically designed for rangatahi of intermediate and college-age. It’s all about being confident in being you, knowing your worth and living your best life!
On this course you will:
- Discover your worth and strengths and how to use them
- Explore ways to make the lasting changes you want
- Learn how to use tools and strategies for ensuring your wellbeing, building resilience, and overcoming challenges
- Understand and appreciate your uniqueness and how to be the best version of you
- Have fun and celebrate with others in a supportive group setting.
Worth it - Work Preparedness / He Uara - Te Whakarite mō te Mahi

This programme provides you with the support you need to prepare yourself for employment or further study.
On this programme you will:
- Discover your unique worth
- Learn what your top five strengths are and how to effectively use them
- Meet with a work broker to discuss employment opportunities
- Receive a strengths-based CV and cover letter
- Gain purpose and achieve personal goals.
Worth in the Workplace / Te Uara te Wāhi Mahi

Workshops that increase individual and team effectiveness by creating and sustaining a positive workplace culture based on worth and strengths.
